Read your API like a manual.
Turn an OpenAPI or Swagger file into a clear, searchable API reference.
Choose a quantity and generate UUID v4 identifiers in one click.
Only local #/ references are resolved: external files are never fetched, and nothing calls your API.
How to read an OpenAPI or Swagger file
Paste your openapi.yaml, openapi.json or swagger.json into the Source editor, or import the file. The viewer lists every endpoint by tag with its method, path and summary. Open an endpoint to see its parameters, request body, responses and status codes, and copy a ready-to-edit curl command. Types are shown in a compact form, and clicking a schema name jumps to its definition. Copy or download the whole reference as Markdown for a README or a pull request.
Does it call my API?
No. The viewer only reads the document you paste. It never sends requests to your servers, so there is no "try it out" button, and your specification stays in your browser.
Are references supported?
Local references such as #/components/schemas/Book are resolved, including shared parameters, request bodies and responses. References to other files or URLs are listed as not loaded, because Devkit never fetches external content.
Which versions are supported?
OpenAPI 3.0 and 3.1, and Swagger 2.0, written in YAML or JSON.
